In the summer, I enjoy eating lots of salads.  It is too hot to be doing a lot of cooking and heating up your kitchen.   For summer recipes, I like to keep it light or make use of the grill.   In fact, I classify many recipes by seasons.  And summer time makes me think of salads.  If you are like me and like salads, try this strawberry spinach salad:

Ingredients

1 package baby spinach or mixed salad greens
1-pint fresh blueberries
½-cup walnuts
Raspberry vinaigrette dressing
¼-cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions

In a large bowl, toss the spinach with blueberries, walnuts, and dressing. Top with crumbled feta cheese to serve.
