nice one coupon... really help me..

HAS ANYONE HAD THEIR INTERNET PRINTED COUPONS REJECTED? THE COUPONS I PRINTED FROM MANY SITES INCLUDING COUPON SUZY, COUPONS.COM AND MANY MORE ARE NOT TAKEN IN STORES LIKE SAFEWAY AND MY LOCAL GROCERY STORE ROSAUERS. BOTH STORES ARE IN HOOD RIVER, OREGON. EVEN WAL-MART IN TOWN ALMOST DIDN'T TAKE THEM. CONCERNS ABOUT FAKE COUPONS HAS CREATED THIS POLICY ACCORDING TO STORE MANAGERS. WAL-MART SAID THEY CAN NOT TAKE COUPONS PRINTED IN BLACK & WHITE - ONLY COLORED COUPONS AND THAT IS WHY THEY FINALLY TOOK THE ONES I WAS USING. THE COUPONS STATE RIGHT ON THEM THAT COLOR OR B&W COUPONS ARE OK. WHAT'S UP. I CAN SEE IF A 6 STORE CHAIN LIKE ROSAUSERS IS OUT OF TOUCH - BUT SAFEWAY STORES? ANY COMMENTS TO HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS WOULD BE HELPFUL. I DID EMAIL MY LOCAL TV STATION IN PORTLAND AND ASK THE SAME QUESTIONS TO THEIR CONSUMER REPORT.

UPDATE - I FOUND THAT SMARTSOURCE.COM HAS A LETTER TO TAKE TO GROCERY STORES EXPLAINING THEIR PRINTABLE COUPONS ETC. I DID TRY TO USE SMARTSOURCE COUPONS WHEN THEY WERE REJECTED. I WILL GO BACK WITH A COPY OF THIS LETTER AND SEE IF IT MAKES ANY DIFFERENCE...I REALLY DON'T THINK SO - BUT I'LL GIVE IT A TRY!

I work for Coupon Suzy, though I am not replying to this as an official employee, just trying to help out other people that use coupons like me. Coupon Suzy uses coupon technology that is the same technology as the Safeway printable coupons. The coupons printed from the Safeway printable coupons site look literally identical to the ones at Coupon Suzy, so I would be pretty surprised if they did not accept them. This is also true for Kroger as well as Rite Aid, CVS, and a bunch of other really big name retailers. I can not speak for Smart Source coupons though. I think they use a different technology and I do not know if the stores like them or not. And I think WalMart has a policy of accepting Suzy's coupons too which they have posted on their own web site here, http://walmartstores.com/7655.aspx, so if you were worried about a WalMart accepting them, I would print that page off their web site and bring it with you. But from what I have seen, it is really rare for stores not to know about our coupons.

If you ever do run into problems, please let us know as we have relationships with many many retailers and would love to talk to them so they can educate these rare employees. i use coupons all the time.

Food Lion tripled coupons last week, the first time. They were great. They treated the customers very nice, they were stocked very good. They didn't treat the customers as if they were trying to steal something. I look forward to them doing it again, because they were so nice.
