While at my Mom's for Thanksgiving, they had the 2nd of three birthday parties my son had, to celebrate his 9th birthday. My mom, Cody's Nanny is the one who shoved the icing on his nose. They both are good sports. :)

Love it! One of my favorite bands, Cowboy Mouth, has a song called "Are You Glad to Be Alive?" The chorus has the line "Scream and shout like you were five" and singer/drummer Fred Leblanc makes sure fans act like they're five at the band's concerts. Life's too short to not get a little frosting on your nose ;) Here's to never forgetting how to be a kid!

When I was 9 my grandma, who I was very close to, threw a pie in my face after I begged to have it done thanks to a show on TV that did it to kid contestants (What Would You Do?) I still hold on to that memory now that she's gone Awesome!

LOL. We've never done the cake in the face bit, but it is funny in pictures.
